In order to prevent against possible injuries and from a preventive point of view, here is an example of warm up routine

These activation exercices are to be performed before a strengthening / bodybuilding session for the upper body, that is to say all the exercices that will involve the rotator cuff.

1 + 2 - External rotation: 15 reps on each side

For each exercise you must keep your shoulders relaxed, your chest extended and your elbows close to your side.

3- Chain: 15 reps per exercise

  1. Lateral elevations
  2. Front elevations
  3. Full lateral elevations
  4. Posterior elevations
